# How-To Steps:
01 - Combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, Buffalo wing sauce, cheddar cheese, blue cheese, green onions, celery, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly until smooth and homogeneous.
02 - Place a tortilla on a flat work surface. Evenly spread a quarter of the chicken mixture over the tortilla, leaving a 1/2-inch margin along the edges.
03 - Carefully roll up the tortilla tightly starting from one edge. Repeat the process with remaining tortillas and filling.
04 - Wrap each rolled tortilla securely in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour to firm the filling.
05 - Remove plastic wrap and place the rolls on a cutting board. Using a sharp knife, slice each roll into 6 evenly sized pinwheels.
